I fully support their move to the subscription model because it creates the recurring revenue they desperately need even though the cost ends up being higher for the end-user, it allows them to keep everyone on the latest version instead of having to support years of older software versions. One, I very much doubt they are attracting new users at any meaningful rate. It’s actually several different issues they are facing.
